ORNL Molten Salt Reactor nuclear criticality accident and fluoride cover up conspiracy. Human guinea pigs used to test the low level effects of HF in triggering viral health effects, like SV-40, CMV, EBV, etc. Fluorine's damage to GSH and SOD enzymes leading to toxic metals and ROS damage to the RNase L enzyme that polices viruses inside cells. The ORNL Molten Salt Reactor Experiment Fluoride Conspiracy

This is a write up of a covered up nuclear reactor accident that I witnessed while working for the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in the mid-1980's. The nuclear criticality accident involved an old reactor called The "Molten Salt Reactor Experiment," AKA "MSRE" or ORNL Bldg. 7303. This reactor used UF-4 type fuel and used none of the metal oxide and zirconium fuel element cladding as in the classical design case for reactors. The fuel in this reactor was a molten liquid that circulated into and out of the reactor core. The reactor fuel salt was the heat transfer medium. The fission fuel in use when the reactor was closed was U-233 from the thorium breeder cycle. U-233 is very similar to Pu-239 in radioactivity, health danger, and weapons uses.

When the reactor was closed, it was kept moth balled for some twenty plus years because the Lab's management thought this technology would come into vogue someday. This never happened and the poorly stored high activity fuel mixed with fluorine would become a serious problem. The fissile uranium fuel in the storage tanks was stored with a K-eff near 0.9 and there was a large headspace in the tanks that made an unsafe geometry that would support a slow cooker type criticality in UF-6.

The criticality problems in the fuel storage tanks was not thought to be serious because UF-6 only makes for limited energy releases well short of explosions. However, those making these predictions omitted the fact that the high activity fuel broke down into free fluorine gas, which happens to be a highly explosive rocket fuel. The UF-6 criticality problem caused pressure surges in the fuel system "monel" metal piping and caused leaks in one of the fragile bellows valves.

When the criticality pressure pulse ruptured one of the bellows valves and the fluorine and UF-6 gas hit oil and water in and around the valve, a sizable explosion occurred that blew a shielding plug out of the floor and blew some metal sheeting off the side of the building due to the blast effect. The noise and building shutter was overheard and felt by one of the MSRE building workers named Richard Mathis. Mathis called the ORNL I and C Division to report the explosion problem after normal working hours. The ORNL I and C Division was named for Reactor Instrumentation and Controls, and they used to design reactor controls. Richard Mathis [Jewish Surname] has the very unusual U-233 contamination retained in his body from the event. Mathis used to work for the I and C Division.

Late in the evening the message of the explosion reached Hugh Brashears of the ORNL I and C Division, who sent up a technician named Clint Miller [Jewish Surname] to survey the damage. I was there when this happened and when the damage report came back. Brashers asked Miller if the sheeting blown off the side of the building could be seen from the road. The answer was that it could not be seen very well and the decision was made to push the siding back down, clean up the damage, and hide the explosion. With this cover up began the story of health damage to the workers exposed to HF in this building's air.

The conversation then expanded to include Hugh Wilson, who said this was a "reportable event" nuclear accident and was required to be reported under international laws. The decision stayed the same, and the cover up continued. The high bay area of the reactor was sealed off with fake signs claiming repainting. Sheeting was applied to correct that part damaged. A video camera was obtained from Don Bible to look into the high radiation area for damage to the fuel tanks.

The technicians took off their dosimeter badges to help hide their exposures and the guts of the bellows valve were replaced with another and jammed shut. They vacuumed up the U-233 contamination and took it to Bldg. 3019, AKA Pilot Plant, to hide it with other like U-233 material. ORNL's Bldg 3019 and the MSRE are considered the national repository for U-233 weapons material. The clean up still left an elevated radiation signature in the high bay area so Hugh Brashears worked out a deal with Barry Bervin [Jewish Surname] to bring in some contaminated barrels of dirt to mask the explosion event.

The cover up of a nuclear criticality event resulting in a reactor explosion and release of contamination is a serious event, but this was only the beginning of even more serious problems and larger and larger cover ups. The high level fuel continued to decompose and make UF-6 pressure surges in the pipe and valve system. The vent fan in the bilge area broke its fan belt and workers, like ORNL maintenance technician L. A. Massengill, refused to go into this low poison gas area to repair it. This meant that employees in the building were being exposed to Hydrogen Fluoride gas, which has a cumulative dose poison effect.

Employees in the building complained of a metallic taste in their mouths and this is the signature for hydrogen fluoride, HF, acid dissolving the metal fillings in their mouths. Fluoride pesticides (cryolite--fluoride-aluminum compound) are well known to disrupt the metals metabolism in cells and this same effect happens from repeated chronic low level exposures over years. The employees of this building began to become sick with increasing rates of varied illnesses. The management of ORNL did not want to fix the problems, because they wanted to study what these low level effects would do to these employees in the long term. They became guinea pigs for the low-level effects of HF.

From the JFK era and the Oak Ridge plot to kill Castro using cancer as a biological weapon, it was known that carcinogenic virus SV-40 and many other viruses are activated by radiation, HF, and toxic metals. The Oak Ridge managers wanted to see what chronic low level fluoride exposures would do to this group of people at MSRE. The infection of the US population with SV-40 and other viruses due to vaccine programs would change outcomes due to toxic activation exposures. These people at MSRE were used to test these new exposure conditions. The low-level exposures to HF severely damaged the health of a large number of these unsuspecting workers, who were intentionally used as Human Guinea Pigs.

Low levels of HF vapors in the air contribute to the bone build up of fluorine. As the bone sequesters more and more fluorine, the effect alters the essential trace metals in the body needed for enzyme process for cellular DNA repair and cellular immune resistance. Rising levels of fluorine in the bone mass cause losses of essential trace metals like magnesium, zinc, and selenium via the body attempting to shed the poison fluorine build up. The bone mass build up of fluorine robs the developing immune cells of essential trace metals like manganese that is essential for protection from HIV infection of cells.

The fluorine build up effect in bone is so dominate as effect that the concentration literally sets the onset of illness, aging, and death. The Chiropractors of Oak Ridge were very close to discovering this effect a number of times, which would have meant doom for Oak Ridge's uranium projects that use fluorine chemistry. An AMA doctor named Dr. Reid was also very close to making the association of fluorine to illness causation in Oak Ridge. If this relationship had been made, it would spell the doom for all AMA medicines that ignore this relationship for making huge profits in industrially induced illnesses.

A whistleblower named Tammy Selvidge would become involved with concerns over these smells and tastes that were making her sick and even connected with miscarriage problems. Selvidge worked in this high bay area with the high activity fuel tanks in the concrete under her feet. The concrete would become so hot that it would melt shoes. Soon her complaints found that the MSRE charcoal filter bed was loaded with UF-6 to the point that another criticality event could occur if water seeped into the filter charcoal. This triggered the evacuation of the entire building due to the danger of an explosion and contamination of workers with the plutonium like isotope.

Along the way a new doctor would come to Oak Ridge that would notice things were very abnormal here compared to other areas in which he had worked. This person's name was Dr. William Reid or Bill Reid. He happened to live directly next door to a woman named Romance Carrier who worked in the MSRE buildings and who was experiencing odd health problems. Dr. Reid managed to do her some good and run some tests that spotted odd problems with excess toxic metals. He soon had many other MSRE patients via her word of mouth.

Soon there were meetings about the MSRE dangers. I went to these meetings and was confronted by some of the corrupt managers of Oak Ridge for telling the truth about the MSRE cover up to persons at these public meetings. One of these confrontational persons was Murray Rosenthal, who was telling me aggressively not to say the word "criticality." He brought in other persons to help make his point. Rosenthal was once the Reactor Division director and he worked under persons like ORNL Lab Director Alvin Weinberg. This was the ORNL Jewish Mafia that knew this reactor had serious problems and just let them go on and on. It was also this bunch of managers that were responsible for a nuclear criticality in the ORNL gunnite tanks that would close the lab, if regulators found out about it.

I also encountered another of the ORNL Lab Directors named Herman Postma at these public meetings. I got up and told the facts on the MSRE at this meeting over the objections of Postma and to the point that he left the meeting red faced. The problem is this accident exposes two things. The lab management covered-up a reportable event nuclear accident and they covered up serious releases of HF from this fuel system that made a number of employees very ill.

The methods of Oak Ridge are to attempt to intimidate those that tell of the real issues on sensitive problems. They try to shout down persons that speak up. One of the more notorious persons that do this at all public meetings is named Al Brooks, again another Jewish surnamed person. Brooks worked for the K-25 plant in the flow research area. The K-25 plant was to become notorious for huge losses of HF into the plant air and region.

I went on further to call the FBI to report this problem and spoke to a Special Agent named Jim Casper. Casper was very nervous with my reporting this to him and said he had to call the Washington office to find out what to do. Casper reported that what I had told him was true and was recorded in the lab's NEXUS system. The FBI at that point joined into the cover up of the fluoride health problems at ORNL. SA Casper was assigned to the Knoxville Office and subsequently moved to the Oak Ridge Federal Building because of his supportive role in the cover up of the fluorides health effects was so helpful to the crooked Oak Ridge management. "Casper" is another of the Jewish surnames.

There was a reason all these FBI agents and ORNL Lab Directors were acting like cats on a 2,000 degree hot tin roof. The fluoride-poisoning problem in Oak Ridge was a huge hot potato because the Oak Ridge Gaseous Diffusion plant had been leaking huge levels of HF and thousands of workers were affected. The Oak Ridge Y-12 plant had serious HF emissions from its "green salt" operation that used HF. The Y-12 plant even killed a man named Jack Owens from the sudden death effect due to skin absorption of HF. The liabilities for the Oak Ridge management cover up were huge and could well result in all the Oak Ridge managers being criminally charged and the plants shut down.

Joining in the cat on a hot tin roof effect were the leaders of the Oak Ridge Environmental Peace Alliance. I was with this group for a while and I supplied information for an article to Matt Wald of the New York Times telling of the deeper hidden issues on the MSRE cover up. The article appeared in the Nov. 25th, 1994 Thanksgiving edition of the NYT's. This caused OREPA persons named Ralph Hutchinson and Steve Smith [Jewish surname] to go ballistic. I was sitting in their office and they insisted on calling DOE person named Clayton "Gist," who is another of the Jewish surnamed cover up types. I had Gist's number from the beginning as Hugh Brashears told Martin Bauer [Bauer is the Jewish surname of the Rothschilds] to call Clayton Gist to cover up the original reactor accident. When these two called this person, I also got their number. "Bauer" is another of the Jewish surnames that tend to take ownership, control, and cover up nuclear problems in Oak Ridge.

In the mid 1980's when Oak Ridge discovered the effects of low level HF on health, they also bought and paid for their own local grass roots activist group and formed a larger national one, OREPA and MPN. Their oversights were so serious on fluorides that the only way to cover it all up was to actually control the activists and public opinion. So, they put in their own activist group. Bob Alvarez and Kitty Tucker started the national group. Take note of yet another Jewish Surname here, "Tucker." Alvarez and Tucker were famous from the Karen Silkwood event. They started the national group called the Military Production Network, MPN. This group played up the radiation angle in Oak Ridge and deep six'd the dominant HF chemical poisoning of the region.

The local Oak Ridge chapter of the MPN was the OREPA, which was run by Ralph Hutchinson, a preacher from Texas, and a veterinarian named Steve Smith from Nashville. Others got into the cover up fray, and names like Jackie Kittrell and Cliff Honiker got into the cover up. Jackie Kittrell is a lawyer that gained fame for digging up a Paducah Gaseous Diffusion plant worker named Joe Harding, who had extreme fluoride exposure and health damage. Kittrell always pushed the uranium and radiation angle despite the extremely obvious fluoride damage to this person. Her husband Cliff Honiker was related to a person at the Nashville Tennessean Newspaper, who helped play up radiation and deep six the fluoride health problems. Honiker appears another of the Jewish surnames. They fondly refer to their corrupt conspiring group as "The Family."

Honiker and Kittrell rent a very large farm in the Strawberry Plains area of Knoxville for very little money. The farm is owned by the ORNL supplied presidential national science advisor named John Gibbons. John Gibbons is the right hand man for former lab director that covered up all these disasters named Alvin Weinberg. Kittrell is also good pals with Al Gore and they are from the same hometown. This is how things are manipulated in the public's eye and the cover up of the Oak Ridge fluoride disaster managed.

Kittrell, Kitty Tucker, Bob Alvarez were all good buddies from the time of the Karen Silkwood event and they called themselves "The Family" and recruited others into their corrupt family to aid in the cover ups. "Alvarez" is another of the Jewish Surnames. Bob Alvarez would come to work for the DOE Headquarters under the Hazel O'Leary period and there he would do extreme damage to Whistleblower efforts. This is how brazen and high the Oak Ridge system went to control the information on the fluorides.

Kittrell took part in the DOE Human Experiment Hearings across the nation, and helped to herd victims of nuclear testing to a DC lawyer named E. Cooper Brown. Again, another Jewish Surname. E. Cooper Brown, Alvarez, and Kittrell were involved in the cover up of Human experiments connected to Rockefeller chemical experiments and humans used in US nuclear testing. They ran over a person named Ernest Garcia, who came forward to tell of these war crimes at these hearings in New Mexico. They use this information to black mail the DOJ into siding with their family dealings, AKA Jewish Mafia Control.

It was the MSRE exposure in public meetings and even in the New York Times that set off a massive panic by the corrupted management of Oak Ridge. Some of the retaliations landed directly on Dr. William Reid because he had found the upsets in the metals metabolism in Oak Ridge that related directly to the fluoride synergism effects. He also spotted other problems like high thyroid health effects that also trace to and point at the HF and fluorides problems.

Dr. Reid was retaliated against by the hospital that he worked for in Oak Ridge named the Methodist Medical Center. They wanted him to keep his mouth shut on the lucrative practice of medicine that covered up the fluoride health problem of Oak Ridge. Dr. Reid discovered that the Methodist Medical Center was sending their data to the same town where ALCOA Aluminum was HQ'd. ALCOA has long had extreme problems from HF emissions from their processes that has affected human health and animals.

Dr. Reid became a person that the corrupted city of Oak Ridge tried to make an example out of for doing something so simple as being honest, telling the truth, and trying to treat his patients. Dr. Reid and others encountered the Oak Ridge Family Mafia full force and their tactics overran him. Dr. Reid's wife Sandra got into the mix and was befriended by the corrupted Jackie Kittrell, Cliff Honiker, Bob Alvarez, and Kitty Tucker. Sandra Reid and Dr. Reid were eaten alive and ruined by this corrupted bunch of Racketeers. This process of cover up and retaliation is called Racketeering. These are the names of the crooks that have taken the town hostage and helped the corrupted plant managers dodge accountability.

I also experienced extreme harassment from telling the truth about the MSRE. It was the very same Jewish dominance in Oak Ridge that resulted in the cover up of the JFK hit, and the very same system is seen again here covering up nuclear accidents and the even more massive fluoride health effects that highly affects Oak Ridge health.

The partial facts on the reactor became public with the Tammy Selvidge Whistleblower case and the first of millions of dollars were put into dismantling this defective reactor design. The cost estimates escalated year and after year to well over 100 million dollars. The clean up work on this disaster continues today and the cover-ups as well.

The information collected from the long term and low dose daily exposures of these MSRE workers was used to determine that HF exposures lower the uptake and retention of beneficial trace metals and raises the uptake and retention of toxic trace metals in the human body. This effect leads to rapid aging effects and rapid onset of varied illnesses connected to immune dysfunction.

Rising levels of fluorine in the body in conjunction with rising levels of aluminum form G-protein mimics that lock up the dendritic cell functions in the lymph nodes, which shuts down immune system protection and programming. This causes problems from CFS, to all the immune linked illness, up to cancers and Alzheimer's.

It was these MSRE observations that lead to the determination that HIV was tided to fluoride exposures and lowers availability of trace metals like manganese that aid cells protection from HIV transmission. Similar effects of lowered beneficial trace metals harm cell repair, raise cytokine levels in the body, and directly leads to immune system illnesses.

The really big secret to health effects in Oak Ridge are tied to the acid emissions of the huge TVA coal based power plants on each end of town dumping acids on the region that alter the metals uptake in the human food chain (Al in particular) and the high levels of fluorine emissions that sequester in the bone mass and alter the beneficial trace metals in the human body that set up the DNA repair and cellular immune system protection. Oak Ridge was an experiment in hiding slow poisoning of the workers and the region and how the AMA could make vast profits from that poisoning process.
