I came to know inner circle facets of the Oak Ridge involvement in the Cuban and Castro issues from the early 60s and by working at Oak Ridge in the 1980s and doing much work in the more secretive areas of US national security. This is how I came to recognize Judyth Vary Baker's essential role in this project to covertly kill Fidel Castro. The story of Judyth Baker is an essential one toward understanding the roles of Lee Harvey Oswald and the real story of what motivated the murder of US President John F. Kennedy.

Judyth Baker kept quiet for many decades about her story because of threats on her life. If she told the issues on the assassination build up it would totally destroy the Warren Report's White Wash and that would connect high Govt. leaders acting with Dallas Rich and Mafia factions to make a bloody coup for the take over of the US Govt. Judyth Baker stayed silent for decades to avoid being killed for knowing too much. As times have become relatively safer and more open, she has recently appeared in documentary series called "The Men Who Killed Kennedy" series by the UK's Nigel Turner for the History Channel.

Her featured part in this 9 part series is called "The Love Affair." Alleged interests close to LBJ in Texas have vacuumed up and disappeared this facet of this famous series and two others. Hollywood's influential and Jewish Jack Valenti lead the attack on the History Channel to remove the implications that LBJ aided killing JFK. Valenti was a Special Advisor to LBJ and would be very concerned if LBJ and his Jewish and Israel / Zionist interests come into the History Channel's limelight. In order to fill this oligarch-induced void, there is now a book in the works by Judyth Baker that will reveal the greater details, with supporting references. Her story's partial exposure here helps to make way for her new book and keep down retaliations against her coming out with the full story. Let us take a close look at the Judyth Vary Baker story and see how it fits into the greater conspiracy issues on the JFK murder

Judyth Vary was born on May 15, 1943 in South Bend, Indiana. She and her family moved to Florida and attended Bradenton's Manatee High School and showed an extremely high aptitude in science and medicine. This would put her on a track toward ultimate involvement with the Cuban crisis and cancerous chemical / nuclear issues associated with Oak Ridge. Judyth Vary would win a Westinghouse national science contest similar to the one shown in the movie called "October Sky," which ironically was filmed in and around areas of Oak Ridge and even on the private railroad track siding that connected to the K-25 nuclear weapons plant.

Her winning entry for the science contest was a project that involved separation of magnesium from seawater. This came at a time when the US was entering the rocket race and increasing the cold war race for nuclear weapons supremacy. These two US efforts required lots of a strategic metal called magnesium for its lightweight and strength for rockets and for its heat and reducing abilities for uranium metal.

Bradenton's Manatee High School student, Judyth Vary, had helped the magnesium industry with an essential element for the cold war efforts and became nationally recognized. One of the principle sources of seawater-derived magnesium is the Dead Sea waters, which involved factors connected to Israel and its region's volcanic and rifting effects. Young Judyth even received a letter of commendation from Senator George Smathers of Florida, who was connected with land mogul and influence peddler Bobby Baker.

The Israel Dead Sea issues are important toward the story of Soddom and Gomorrah and the Essene that lived in this area, as well as around Mt. Carmel area.  One of their members called John the Baptist would come to work the Jordan River area that was high in Boron minerals that would remove fluoride from the human body and extend health and longevity.  This area became significant in religion history due to the mineral associations that nature presented to this region that miracle cured people of their health problems.

In later times, in Oak Ridge it was found that workers that drank a six-pack of beer every evening were mysteriously protected from the fluoride associated health effects of the leaking gaseous diffusion plant.  It was discovered that the grains used in beer resulted in the beers being high in Boron content and this mineral concentrated in the beer removed the fluoride from the workers bodies they inhaled and soaked into the skin on their workplace at the gaseous diffusion plant that constantly emitted dangerous hydrogen fluoride gas.  One of the alchemical issues behind the importance of beer and Boron then became clear, as this was a protective method both in the Rift Zones of the Dead Sea area and the Oak Ridge Gas Diffusion plant due to fluoride toxic exposures.  Some of the biblical significances of these stories were becoming supported with science and nuclear plant work.

Senator George Smathers was anti-Castro and highly associated with Alton Ochsner and it was this connection that found Judyth Baker and connected her into the New Orleans Kill Castro by a method that appeared to be from a natural death. They apparently needed someone with not too much to lose professionally and for whom the Hippocratic oath was not an issue. Smathers queried Judyth on her patriotism and interests in the anti-Castro issue, and she was eventually connected with Alton Oschner.

The Florida based CIA operation to oust Castro from Cuba was shut down by JFK and what was left moved to Louisiana and privately funded by INCA related people, and big oil in Dallas.  They even used theft of weapons and explosives from oil companies to fuel the Louisiana clandestine kill Castro Operation.  JFK forced J Edgar Hoover’s FBI to raid the Louisiana camp and this left only the difficult to detect kill Castro with Cancer effect.

It is no accident that Florida preeminently figured into the Cuba actions, as Florida was intimately tied to Cuba by the fact that Batista moved to Daytona Beach when he was first deposed and to Miami the second time and took all the Cuban treasury with him. Batista was born Ruben Fulgencio Batista-Zaldivar on September 12, 1899 in Veguitas, Banes County, Oriente Province. He changed his name to just Fulgencio Batista to hide his Jewish lineage, much like Jack Ruby, and explained away his Jewish dark skin as just being due to the unusual Cuban heritage for his political career.  Batista was very much into exploitation of Cuba and its citizens and Fidel Castro was highly against the extreme right’s exploitation methods of Batista.

Batista easily connected with the Mafia's Meyer Lansky early on due to Lansky's gambling operations near Miami and Batista needing a Mafia member that could run a "fair" gambling house for Batista's failing Casino operations in Cuba. Blood and Jewish association connected Batista and the Mafia's Godfather Lansky. Batista's bloodline is why Cuba was always recognized by the US and lots of money flowed into the country via investments connected with Rothschild and Rockefeller banking systems. The Presscott Bush Dynasty ran Eisenhower and Nixon for office before JFK's win of the White House and installing the Kennedy Dynasty.  The Military Industrial Network attacked Eisenhower for being soft on Communism and it had JFK killed.

It was via these associations that sugar involved companies, like United Fruit, became largely held by Rockefeller and DuPont interests. The National Fruit Company quickly became associated with CIA actions in Cuba, Central America, and the Caribbean.  National Fruit was connected with the Guatemala CIA operation at the beginning of the Eisenhower Presidency.  Guatemala became the staging camp for the failed Cuba invasion became Cuba was not going to become the pushover that Guatemala presented for the CIA.  Guatemala was also where Mafia boss Carlos Marcello obtained tomatoes for his legit business in New Orleans.  It was the Paine's of Dallas connections with United Fruit that helped get Lee Oswald the job for the Texas Schoolbook Depository. Marina Oswald stayed with Ruth Paine. The United Fruit sugar monopoly also tied into the Jewish money Bronfman connections and the liquor making business that was dependent upon cheap sugar prices. United Fruit was headquartered in New Orleans during this period.  INCA formed from these alliances.

Mike Paine was connected with Office of Naval Intelligence and also worked for Bell Aerospace Systems in Dallas that made rocket engines and had Walter Dohrnberger, a NAZI, leading the organization.  Dohrnberger invented the fluorine-based rocket engines that were the most powerful made, but extremely dangerous due to fluoride exposure.  These were destined to be used in Moon Based missions, as the emissions were not considered good for the US atmosphere.   Bell Helicopters profited extremely well due to JFK’s death and the ramp up of the Vietnam War.

Castro's father worked for United Fruit and he also helped to import some one hundred and sixty thousand Jews from Europe into the US, most of them illegally. Batista was Castro's godfather. Castro's mother was Jewish. Castro's father made millions from getting the Jewish into the US via Florida and on United Fruit banana boats going to NYC. Politicians were bribed in Cuba and Florida to look the other way and the same in NYC, often using the Mafia connections to gambling payola. When Castro took over this Jewish pipeline into the US ceased to exist, except for all the doors opened for the mass exodus of Jewish from Cuba to Florida by plane and boat as Castro took power. Castro came to hate the Spanish and the Catholics and this would influence his turn toward anti-religion Marx and Lenin based communism.

Castro's alignment with Marx and Lenin communism formed from the Russian Jewish that rejected the "state within a state" problems of religions and corporations. They also rejected the problems connected with wealth disparity connected to capitalism, which was most abused by the wealthy Royalist Jews of Europe, aka Rothschilds.  This system in Europe gathered the Jewish nuclear scientists into the US and paid for the Manhattan Project.   This is how Oak Ridge came to connect that killing JFK and the attempted blaming Cuba would come to make a good diversion from who really decided to kill JFK. Oak Ridge and the rich capitalist's connections to Cuba were the ones that sought to kill JFK. The Bush Dynasty efforts to take freedom from the citizens, that Eisenhower warned the public about as he left office, were major players. DuPont and Kellogg Brown Root, KBR, were heavy USAEC and Manhattan Project players.

The DuPonts built a large estate in Cuba and called it "Xanadu," after the Mongol King's estate. The DuPonts held the records in the US for the most polluting chemical industries. The DuPont Company made the Teflon that the USAEC needed to make uranium gas diffusion plants work, and they designed and made the fluorine methods used to make the UF-6 for uranium enrichment. DuPont designed and ran a number of nuclear plants for the US Govt. DuPont company leaks of fluorine at Peach Bottom, NJ caused the issues of fluoride poisoning to become highly suppressed. This is how Oak Ridge had long standing associations with the problems. These were the big money interests and their common alliances that formed and began to connect Judyth Baker with plans to kill Castro with cancer.

The DuPont and General Motors Company formed the company called Kinetic Chemical Company in 1930 to make and market Freon. As the Manhattan Project came into the need for fluoride resistant coolants, Freon, this naturally fit into the project. Freon would not explode on contact with UF-6 as would other coolants, and if a leak did occur would not gunk up the systems. General Motors built every diffusion stage tank of the K-25 building and each carries a General Motors serial number nametag. This instantly tied the Manhattan Project to the Kettering Research Group of Cincinnati, as Kettering was the president of General Motors.

The Manhattan Project, USAEC or DOE, became the largest industrial users of Freon in the world. Hence, their leaks also contributed to the massive environmental problems associated with Freon, the Ozone Hole and Global Warming. It also tied them to long-standing methods of cover-ups on the dangers of leaded gasoline and fluoride. It also ties to the New York based Sloan-Kettering Hospital, with similar affiliations and cover up dogma. This was the system into which Judyth Baker and Lee Oswald would come to tap, and there was much at stake if these massive cover-ups came into the public's light.

Judyth was associating with Nobel laureates in Florida and soon she would do a summer study on cancer at the Buffalo, New York Roswell Park Cancer Research Center, which is highly associated with Indiana based Eli Lilly clinical drug testing, which is largely owned by Dan Quail's family. Judyth appears to have started with a project on cancers in fish and this grew into her getting into the human tissue cancer work.

Interestingly, near Buffalo is where the Manhattan Project designed and implemented their large scale fluorine production system cells to make UF-6 and where a major fluorine release accident occurred. Persons like Bob Dyer and Joe Dykster both moved to work in Oak Ridge on the K-25 UF-6 system from this development project.

Witness Bob Dyer says the Govt. ceased an entire edition of the paper that reported a large HF accident to keep the Germans from noticing it. He also said the hydrogen fluorine release stripped the paint off houses for miles and frosted the window glass on homes and cars for miles around. This began the lingering cover up of the risks from HF and a secretive project dubbed "Project F."

Recognition of Judyth grew after the science fair participation and prizes connected to this experience connected her to her real passion of cancer research. She would attend UF College in Gainesville. Interestingly, just before the New Orleans efforts Judyth Baker worked at the University of Florida at Gainesville and here she was doing cancer research using isotopic tracers and studies of HF / fluoride chemicals.

Judyth Baker also did some pioneering research into glyceride based cell freezing in Florida, which later typically used DMSO to avoid the expansion of water type damage when cells are frozen. DMSO was something that had just been discovered in the early 60s and was associated with the Earth's Sulfur Cycle. The oceans produce huge amounts of dimethyl sulfide from the decay process of phytoplankton in the oceans. This drives low level cloud systems over the oceans and sulfur in food chains all around the planet. It is this system that the DuPont's Freon came to destroy.

The discovery of the Sulfur Cycle is important in the grand scheme of things because a special effect in the Middle East when a volcanic rift intersected an oil field region produced lots of dimethyl sulfide, CH3SCH3 or DMS, as volcanic sulfur reacted with oil hydrocarbons. It produced the same chemical that makes cloud systems over oceans, DMS. It also revealed critical details about old religion narratives that would become critical for Israel. The early 60s also had CIA flights taking photos of this volcanic region. It became part of what JFK wanted to reveal about American's Freedom being taken away.

As Judyth Baker became involved in a private funded CIA like plan to make a cancer virus that would make it appear that Castro had a natural death, this type method was intended to conceal the kill Castro efforts from the Russians as well as JFK.  JFK shut down atmospheric nuclear testing over health concerns and with these new bits of information he may have impacted nuclear weapons production.

JFK was after a system that was taking away the citizens freedom that started with Presscott Bush and became a system teamed up with Israel, big European Banking, Oil, medicine, weapons for war. It was this system that Eisenhower warned the public about and the same system that put he and Nixon into office. It was this system that would come to kill JFK, as steered by the leading war machine in Oak Ridge.  The ring leaders for the JFK hit were rich Dallas Oil persons associated with the John Birch Society, and particularly HL Hunt and General Walker.  After getting the US cover-up established they moved to involve British involvement along the same lines as the Abe Lincoln hit with Booth.

Judyth learned very early on in her cancer research career about cancers being activated by radiation, fluoride chemicals, and toxic metals that impact the immune resistance. She also learned about the Polio vaccine contamination with carcinogenic SV-40, which was made by companies like Dan Quail's Eli Lilly. Eli Lilly, Parke Davis, Cutter Laboratories, Sharpe & Dome (later acquired by Merck), Wyeth, and Pittman-Moore all made these contaminated vaccines in the US.

Today, Oak Ridge knows the full parameters that cause cancers and HIV problems. Cancers are caused by toxic metals retention in the body leading to high levels of free radicals being generated by cell mitochondria. Judyth's idea was to use high dose radiation to induce the free radical effects. This then leads to high rates of Mn-SOD enzyme production that pulls available Mn from the interferon processes that make the cancer virus control enzyme, 2-5A Rnase L. Judyth was using radiation methods that are similar to toxic metals retention in cells. A like method uses fluorine to affect the thyroid hormones and decrease glutathione in cells that allows toxic metals to rise within cells.

In latter years, Eli Lilly is where GHW Bush associated when he was not with the CIA. There had been problems with the Polio Vaccine killing kids early on and the release of data that was found in 1960. Vaccines contaminated half the US with a carcinogen that would have created a mass panic against the Govt. vaccine programs and pharmacy companies. It would eliminate the public health system and the Rockefeller / AMA system. It is this that is primarily behind the cover up of Oswald's and Judyth Bakers involvement in the kill Castro with cancer project using SV-40 and risks connected to fluoride and nuclear weapons production.

Basically, the Corrupt US Govt., siding with British Royalists, is behind a cover up that has literally killed hundreds of persons to keep  this information from being leaked to the public. It is a full case of RICO Act criminal violations involving the White House, varied US Presidents, drug companies, and International British Empire. Millions of US Baby-boomers will die from this SV-40 problem as their aging immune systems begin to fail. Eli Lilly is also behind cover-ups on mercury in vaccines.

GHW Bush, Bush-41, has long been into illegal drug dealing involving the CIA, this apparently began in Texas and the Cuban work and carried into things like Iran Contra and beyond. Bush made the "War on Drugs" laughable, when Reagan appointed him to this position. Eli Lilly picked him for his connections in plugging up and deceiving on both legal and illegal drug dealing. Dan Quale's family owns the controlling interest in Eli Lilly and this was the Bush VP pick. Eli Lilly also made the CIA MK-Ultra drugs like LSD for the Sydney Geottlib CIA projects.  LSD was invented in Basil Switzerland, the same place that PERMINDEX would be formed.

This vaccine problem was a national security issue in the early 1960s and one that would be an issue for JFK. When JFK connected the vaccine contamination, the issues of radiation from nuclear testing, fluorides and HF from nuclear weapons production, and toxic metals used in the Manhattan Project were directly linked to giving US Citizens cancer, there would be hell to pay. JFK shut down nuclear testing over the rising levels of I-131 and Sr-90 in children and it was only a matter of time before he put together that SV-40 vaccines and fluoride would make these problems much worse. It was a problem thousands of times worse than the nuclear testing's toxic emissions.

Making problems more apparent, the Russians had discovered that fluoride caused increased retention of Sr-90 from nuclear testing, and similar with other bone seeking toxic metals. Fluorine sequestered in the bone mass affected metals solubility and retention in the bone mass. It could well shut down all the nuclear weapons plants and stop vaccine programs. Fluoride was considered an emission from many strategic metals processes, especially uranium for bombs, steel, aluminum, and power production.

The secret of fluoride is that it affects the thyroid system and keeps cells from powering down and repairing the free radical damage at night. The effect takes away the day-night variations of hormone levels that are essential for health. This effect depletes glutathione enzymes in cells and this directly causes higher levels of toxic metals retention in cells. This effect rises with age and increases free radical damage to cells leading to higher cancer risk.  Aging is a highly fluoride driven process due to its retention in the Penial Gland and the bones, and this led to increasing rates of cellular dysfunction.

Most of the vaccine contamination problems were being fixed in 1963 over these fears. However, millions of US citizens had been injured or infected with SV-40. The Bush Dynasty crime family has recently tried to protect these vaccine companies from liability due to the injury and deaths connected to this problem. It is ultimately an issue of Racketeering in the White House, connected all the way back to the JFK assassination and the attempts to kill Castro with a cancer virus. This plot was more about how to protect corrupted US drug industries than to kill Castro. The US Govt. owes every citizen in the US a program of national health care to cover the damage to their health. This is the basic importance behind uncovering the Judyth Baker story, and why there are attempts to suppress her information.

In Bradenton, Judyth Vary would come to be mentored by Dr. Roggenkamp and Dr. Shively, both of which were associated with the Oak Ridge Institute of Nuclear Studies, ORINS, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. These persons would give her access to high-level radiation sources that could be used for radiation cancer studies. She was able to access and use radiation while still in high school via these doctors and their facilities at The Professional Building and at Manatee memorial Hospital's new oncology labs in the basement. Radiation was well known to have a viral association and radiation known to activate various endogenous cancer viruses and mycoplasmas in humans and animals, and to suppress the immune system via oxidative radical effects and the effects of the viral and pathogen components on the immune system cytokine signaling.

Radiation is something Oak Ridge knows well, and all of its mechanisms. Radiation causes free oxygen radicals in the body and cells and these highly electronegative atoms change enzyme repair processes. It is this mechanism or process that damages the human immune system via a cumulative like dose process. Exposures to either drive up the cell damage, cytokine signaling, and lower immune system function against cancer viruses. The exact same effect is the heart of the HIV pandemic. It was these effects that Oak Ridge was teaching Oswald and Baker. LHO is said to have even "signed into Oak Ridge" from a plane flight from Alabama.

How do we know LHO was in Oak Ridge on July 26, 1963 signed in? We know because he left a rather infamous message at the USAEC's Atomic Museum Guest Registry. He left the message that he was here from Dallas, Texas and a Dallas Road, which appears to be a type of public dead drop message that he was here and learned first hand of the Oak Ridge Y-12 / CIA plans to kill JFK in a visit to Dallas Texas later in the year. A quick look at line 13 of the Atomic Museum's guest log shows LHO's signature and handwriting with evidence that he was here and what he learned in Oak Ridge. LHO was living in New Orleans at this time and working on the kill Castro with Cancer Project that Oak Ridge was helping to do with radiation techniques knowledge. He appeared to be leaving a tip message for the FBI and perhaps attempting to protect himself as he sensed he was being made the fall guy in the Oak Ridge originated kill JFK planning.

Getting back to Judyth. Being from Florida, the raven hair'd intelligent bombshell named Judyth came to know and date persons from Cuba and became interested in the Cuba Castro issues. She was sympathetic toward the cause of US industrial interests taking back Cuba. She dated persons like Tony Lopez Fresquet, the son of a Cuban official. She was also quickly becoming highly qualified in using radiation for inducing cancers in human tissues and making growth media to study them.

Judyth Vary would marry Robert Baker in 1963, and he would go off on distant and long work assignments leaving her alone. This would set the stage for her later affair with Lee Oswald. She lived in Houston for 17 years, then after some five kids, they would divorce in 1987, and she move to the Netherlands for safety issues 14 years later. Today, she lives in Europe out of fear of living in the US over these old issues from New Orleans and her coming forth with information.  The Netherlands was likely the worst place to move because of Prince Bernhard’s connections with PERMINDEX and Bilderberg group.  That was more like jumping into the fire from the frying pan.

 Judyth worked shortly on a project for Gainsville's Peninsular ChemResearch involving special glycerides compounds that would make cells less harmed from freezing. Peninsular ChemResearch is Dr. George Butler who has been a leading fund raiser at UF by raising support for research from a long list of agencies, including the Department of Energy, Office of Naval Research and the Atomic Energy Commission. This glycerides project was to make it possible to archive various pathogens and cell cultures in places like the Center for Disease Control, CDC, in Atlanta. Guy Bannister is even believed to have passed some of the cancer papers written by Judyth up to CDC Georgia.

These were the times of the oil industry observing they were connected to illness and disease, and that these could well be used by Soviet interests in varied fashions. The oil industry used HF to make gasoline. If word of the rise in cancers and illnesses became public, it could well give the soviets advantages. Cancer could well turn into a political weapon. US parents would want those responsible for poisoning little Suzy or Johnny with a latent cancer SV-40 effect hung for crimes.

The US had screwed up in making Polio vaccines contaminated with endogenous monkey viruses like SV-40, which is carcinogenic. They infected half of the US population with this carcinogenic virus. So, when things like radiation, chemicals like fluoride, and toxic metals impacted the immune system of humans, this would enable the viruses to propagate and cause illnesses and deaths via cancers. It was a particularly hot issue coming into the build up of the Cold War and the threat of nuclear wars. The CIA hotly debated it and brought in public health persons like Alton Ochsner to Washington, DC.

This appears where the Public Health Services were compromised into playing Cold War games and suppressing issues like cancers due to radiation, toxic chemicals from Oak Ridge, toxic chemicals from petroleum, and instead making great sums of money doing cancer research rather than lowering the toxic emissions that caused cancers in the first place.

These circumstances would bring Judyth Baker to the attention of a person named Alton Ochsner, who was highly connected in Washington DC to varied health advisory panels and to the CIA. He was highly connected to New Orleans and Dallas on the problems of petroleum refinery emissions being connected to cancer causation. He received all manners of monies and gifts from Dallas oil millionaire Clint Murchison. In Florida, Judyth Baker had developed a process to give mice cancers faster and more prolifically than anyone in the entire country.

It is from these discussions and some health problems that impacted some of the Ochsner family children that he suspected there was a mutated form of SV-40 that was in varied batches of the Polio vaccine. It was here that the idea was born the kill Casto via a mechanism with plausible denial using cancer as a weapon. This is how Ochsner came to bring Judyth Vary Baker to New Orleans to work with Dr. Mary Sherman, formally from Chicago. New Orleans had an accelerator to activate the monkey viruses with mutations. They could isolate one of the more aggressive mutations of SV-40 like viruses that caused lung cancer.

Ochsner figures principally into the Castro project because he was very close to Wild Bill Donovan, who had headed the OSS and helped to form the CIA. Donovan was a New York Rockefeller connected person and into oil and medicine protection. Even President Roosevelt's son, Kermit Roosevelt, was in the OSS. Ochsner was making nearly weekly visits to Washington DC to discuss with the Surgeon General's office the problems of cancer and SV-40, and to network the issues of making the kill Castro virus. This also brought in CIA foreign affairs persons like Jesus Angleton and Oak Ridge. The CIA was close with United Fruit of New Orleans via the Dulles brothers. Ochsner was also close with Clay Shaw via the International House. Ochsner started the Central American anti-Communist "INCA" group, which supplied lots of the funds to get back Cuba and interfered with JFK's promises to Russia not to attack Cuba.

One can notice Alton Ochsner's interest in fluoride and cancer, because he wrote the foreword for a 1978 book called "Fluoride The Great Dilemma" by George Waldbott, MD 1978 [ISBN 0-87291-097-0]. Pages 219-238 are on fluoride associated with cancer, which is a strong issue with rodents and cancer research. Look at the Texas studies on fluoride / cancer in this book. Waldbott was a preeminent fluoride researcher of those times and recognized that trace metal effects, particularly manganese [page 223], highly modified cancer risks from fluoride. This would come to be a huge issue with the HIV monkey virus as associated with manganese. This is a key issue on HIV.

The Kill Castro project was one that was kept highly quiet because JFK did not want to engage the Soviets into rising levels of expansionism.  Persons like former CIA asset David Ferrie were involved and even the former Chicago FBI Station Chief named Guy Bannister. This is how Lee Oswald became connected, as he knew Ferrie for a long time before in the Civil Air Patrol. Oswald was into isolating and identifying Pro-Castro communists in New Orleans for ex-FBI Guy Bannister. This is how LHO became so involved in the kill Castro efforts by these private interests that were intent of running over JFK.

Cuba was an interesting place before Castro. The Batista Regime was totally corrupt and on the take of money from the US interests. It was going to be the retirement village for the Mafia leaders in the US, as RFK tuned into a huge Mafia crime prosecutor, whose actions eventually fathered the RICO Act. RFK uncovered the Mafia's existence with Joe Velachi's coming forward. It is a system similar to this behind which the British Royalist’s monopoly system works, as they ally with Mafia to get their ways via killing the opposition. Nixon, who had supported the Castro operation, signed RICO into law in 1970, and the act ended the era of foreign hit operations [track II] like the one planned against Castro. The Day Nixon signed the act, Canadian Jewish Henry Kissinger stopped all planned foreign CIA kill and replacement operations connected with the Mafia.

Later, Nixon would be set up in the Watergate Affair and Deep Throat would be an FBI person named Mark Felt, who wanted Nixon out and Hoover's position. Nixon would be moved out of the way of the Royalist’s Rothschilds NWO system goals.  Nixon also had one of the Corsican Mafia JFK shooters, Lucian Sarti, killed in Mexico as part of drug control operations.

Mafia godfathers like Jewish Meyer Lansky and others were setting up huge hotels and casinos, ie The Riviera, where there was no cost spared for luxury. It was going to be the Mafia and Corsican Drug distribution zone. And it was going to be a huge empire for sugar used in liquor making, soft drinks, and foods. Not to mention, Cuba's coastal waters off the Zapata Peninsula were oil rich for offshore drilling of oil, which Louisiana and Texas oil magnets were frothing at the mouth over capturing and controlling. This, the territory for exploitation of GHW Bush's Zapata Oil Company and the major reason the Bush gang were into the Cuban invasion and ousting Castro. The jumping off place to get to this oil field just offshore of Cuba was Miami and this connects Bush to the anti-Castro operations.

In this time, Washington politics were also very interesting. JFK had won the election against Richard Nixon very narrowly by using Joseph P. Kennedy's influence with the Chicago Mafia and others. Nixon was one of the high-level authors and sponsors of the "Bay of Pigs" invasion, when he was VP under "Ike." It was Nixon who was down in Dallas at the Pepsi Convention showing JFK how well he was liked there, and who dared the competitive JFK to go without his limo's top to show the same. JFK's dad, Joe, had a stroke and this took down lots of the Mafia pull that he leveraged to get JFK into the White House. Joe knew all about Rum-running from Cuba, the Lansky Mafia, the Jewish illegally imported from Cuba and the political pay-offs. So, the stage was set for a power coup against JFK and those that knew the most and had the networking connections to pull it all off were from Oak Ridge.

The rest is history now, and the real story is suppressed by the power of money and politics that dominate the White House and Washington to this very day. Multiple shooters triangulated the shots that killed JFK on Nov. 22, 1963 in the "City of Hate" called Dallas. LBJ came into the White House and stymied RFK, who remarked that one of the CIA people connected to Mongoose killed his brother.  The real story was the private money that funded the Louisiana effort to kill Castro were the ones that were the ring leaders of the JFK hit in Dallas. The JBS with HL Hunt and Gen. Walker were the kingpins of the JFK hit in the US and they drew in the PERMINDEX International help for shooters. JFK was going to make peace with Castro, which was a major problem for the Jewish systems that came to dominant Cuban politics and investments. They wanted all their money back and total control of Cuba, as they had under Jewish oriented Batista.

LBJ set up the stacked Warren Commission and when this group went for unsolicited testimony gathering, Dr. Mary Sherman was suddenly killed on July 21, 1964. Guy Bannister had been killed a month earlier via what some suggest was one of the heart attack methods the Mafia likes to use.  Fluoride toxic effects cause heart failure and they never check for this in autopsy.  Even Sam Giancana's book recognizes a scientist from Chicago being part of the Mafia / CIA Castro hit. This put the scare into Judyth Baker and others. David Ferrie even told her to keep quiet or be killed, as she was being watched.

Years later, a New Orleans prosecutor named Jim Garrison alleged on the Johnny Carson TV show that all manner of high ranking persons were involved in the cover up and White Wash of the crime of the century in Dallas. Garrison nailed David Ferrie as being involved fairly quickly and Ferrie spilled the goods on "Operation Mongoose" type associations in Louisiana.  Ferrie was even up in Houston within a day of the JFK shooting on an alleged "goose-hunting" trip, but more likely to offer pilot services, if needed.

Garrison was going in for the Conspirators on the JFK hit and taking aim at New Orleans Trade Mart, PERMINDEX person named Clay Shaw. Ronald Reagan was stalling Garrison in extradition of information and persons connected to Ferrie's "Operation Mongoose," which was moved out of New Orleans to a sister Trade Mart in California. Garrison also lost star witness Ferrie, as he failed to protect him and he died.

Reagan was in love with the British Royalists and Jewish Zionists, so to speak, and let them do all manner of things in the US that should not have been allowed. Reagan, due to his bad eyesight in the war years, was the keeper of the US Military's Holocaust documents. Reagan was instrumental in helping get the Holocuast Museum in Washington built, right next door to the US mint. Reagan supported the Israeli Six-Day war.

Ferrie was part of the process to make the cancer virus by using mice as growth media and reducing the tumors into concentrated cell viral media. Lots of the mice were brought weekly to his apartment, where Judyth Baker and Lee Oswald worked to make the Castro killer cancer injectable.

Lee Oswald was to take the injectable cancer virus to be handed off in Mexico City. The person, who failed to show, was supposed to then take the cancer media to Cuba, where it would be used on Castro. The hand off failed and Oswald tried to get into Cuba directly and failed. All the efforts toward completing this task were about appeasing the corrupted powers so that JFK would not be "off'ed" for screwing up their Cuban take back plans. The Final Castro plan failed and the plotters then turned to killing JFK and Lee Oswald.

The realities of the "Men Who Killed Kennedy" used a part of the Atomic Energy Act that essentially says that any and all measures can be used to insure the production of nuclear weapons. This was the ultimate national security issue that covers up the JFK truths. Oak Ridge and the fluoride cancer cover up essentially were the triggers to kill JFK and the major reason to cover up the methods Lee Oswald was working on in New Orleans.

All of Oak Ridge literally hated JFK for his hypocrisy involving sex with women connected to the Mafia, pain drug abuse, screwing up their efforts to regain Cuba, and shutting down nuclear testing. They could see the end of Oak Ridge, if JFK moved on the fluoride and cancer problem. The Oak Ridge ultra religious right connected with Jack Ruby to have JFK killed. This very same system was connected to MLK's demise. MLK studied at the East Tennessee "Highlander Center," which Oak Ridge hated worse than JFK. Highlanders were exposing the toxic's linked to cancer effects in Tennessee and Oak Ridge.

Oak Ridge also hated the Chiropractic Arts in the 60s because they sought to expose toxic effects that caused illnesses. These health persons were labeled "Quacks" and the doctors that kept the secrets on toxins causing health problems were promoted. The Chiropractic Arts would expose the serious emission problems in Oak Ridge. In general, Oak Ridge tried to label anyone that exposed their problems as Communists. Doctors in Oak Ridge knew the unwritten rule was never to mention any toxic effect connected with Oak Ridge to any of their patients, or they would be attacked.

The chiropractors were very close to noticing one of the dominant effects for illnesses associated to bone build up of fluorides. As the bone retention of fluorine increases, it alters the trace metal levels in the blood and in cells. The offsets of the beneficial trace metals due to fluorine causes immune system problems. Fluorine build up in bone alters the manganese levels in cells that halt HIV infections. Illnesses and death literally track the bone build up of fluorine, as the Pineal Gland's fluoride build up and dysfunction follows the same curve.

IN the aftermath from JFK, the Castro hit operation conspirators continue to cause serious problems, even today. In the Nixon Administration these effects had Nixon making part of the Ft. Dietrich biological weapons folks into a national cancer research center, as part of his "War on Cancer." All the war on cancer did was put lots of funding into cancer research, and did little or nothing to reduce pollutants like fluorides and toxic metals that induce cancers. The health of American citizens will only be protected when health becomes a part of the Govt.'s responsibilities and economic bottom line.

I came into this long series of problems in the mid 80s when I found all kinds of odd illnesses connected to people working at the K-25 plant in Oak Ridge. I then connected this to the rising HIV pandemic by noting geological footprints of HIV in Africa connected to high fluoride levels. A new monkey virus other than SV-40 was entering the picture as connected to fluoride causation.  The toxic metal mining issues of the Congo were tied to the earliest cases of HIV, and with this part of the causations were being found. This discovery on the cause of AIDS was the beginning of the end of gas diffusion plant operations, as it permanently shut down the K-25 process building and soon the entire plant.

Oak Ridge feared more than ever the discovery of how much harm they had done to the workers, but to the nation and the world, as a direct result of their fluoride cover up attempts. Just as trace metals, as seen in cancer research with rodent's fluoride exposures affected cancer risks, the trace metal manganese affects HIV transmission and growth. This was my finding on the real cause of HIV in the mid 1980s. This discovery that lead to a global pandemic scared the national security system into even more cover ups, but shut down K-25 and Ports gas diffusion systems.

Oak Ridge decided to suppress the real causation and instead use it for population control and making more wealth for pharmacy and research. It is essentially a form of racketeering that is sponsored by the cover-ups related to nuclear national security linked to fluoride health effects. This funnels more money than ever into GOP assets. The actions of Oak Ridge, OSS / CIA Donnovan, Ochsner, Johnson, Nixon pulled the wool over the US populations eyes and made them buy into a faked up definition of health care being illness care. Their deceptive methods fully allowed harm to come to American citizens.

Donnovan was a New York Rockefeller crony from the WWII war years and helped to slip all the German pharmaceutical companies past war crimes charges. In order to win the war on communism, they made pollution induced rising cancer and other immune illnesses an acceptable fact of life. Real health care is illness prevention by managing the pollutants and removing them from the population much as the Chiropractic Arts perform. Their cover up solution was to let the population become sicker and treat them with expensive AMA medicine and pharmacy.

This highly benefited the Rockefeller / Jewish medical interests with vast profits. The former, prevention, is a dominantly Democratic belief and the latter, pharmacy intervention, dominated by GOP interests. The end result is pandemics of cancer, debilitating immune illnesses, and HIV. Cancer has become a racket and HIV a population control method, and understanding both tracks right back to the mechanism of radiation and fluorine on the kill Castro with cancer project.

The US can no longer use the excuse of nuclear weapons production as the excuse to cover up the long withheld JFK murder issues. Now it is down to the liabilities, costs, criminal prosecution, and the issue of making things right by forcing nationalized health care for the nation. I made a "Track III" argument that shut down the US nuclear weapons monster, and demanded health compensation for the entire country. The demand for national health care should include free, Govt. provided illness care for all US Citizens, but also full acknowledgement of ways to avoid getting sicker due to toxins in the environment. It shall include that all the AMA doctors be recognized collectively as being in violation of their oath of ethics. It will reveal their collective conspiracy allowing this harm to the American citizens by this racketeering.

The Track III arguments that I make are about setting the record straight on what went wrong in the Manhattan Project and beyond. My track III is about the greater good for the American People, and the ultimate issue behind US national security. Finally, the issues behind the JFK murder had come full circle and the real impact of those that sought to control the White House by murder, conspiracy, and racketeering have come to light. This was the beast identified by Ike's warning about the Military / Industrial / Congressional Network, and one in the same as the one JFK complained of influencing freedom and misleading the White House. The "demon-seed" effect of Oak Ridge's concealment of the real dangers of fluorine to win the Cold War by killing off the citizens of America with illness and disease is the bottom line for the Judyth Baker story.

One very disturbing thing is some of the alleged JFK experts appear to be attacking Judyth Baker's witness of what happened back in 1963, despite her well established records and the history on the matters that fit exceedingly well. Persons named David Lifton and John McAdams appear to attempt to debunk Judyth Baker's story on what happened. It is my opinion that these two persons and several others need to be investigated under the RICO Act for complicity in keeping the JFK assignation conspiracy confused.

These persons stand in the way of doing the greater good for the People of the US, who are in need of a national health care system, which stems from restitution from the US Govt. for the harms it has dealt unsuspecting citizens as a direct result of their bad intentions. These long kept secrets are now out.

Just as RFK discovered the Mafia was a real racketeering organization, now the public must come to address that the US Govt. has engaged in racketeering methods and allowed huge levels of harm to come to the public. The American public must also realize an even greater issue of treason against the People in the take over of the Govt. to suppress these many issues.

EPILOG: The Cuban issue was ultimately one involving Communism. Communism is a word that derives from Jewish factions taking over from the Czars of old Russia and forming a country that banned religion. This was sought to help end the eternal problems in Europe from religion factions that soaked the soil of Europe in blood.

When Castro took over Cuba, he kicked out CIA connected United Fruit and the Mafia connections. He made Cuba an atheist state to avoid the trappings of religion competing with Govt. and the "state within a state" issue that always arise from the Jewish nationalism effects and the effects of big money scamming against the poor.

It is the age-old conflict stories from capitalism Vs. communism. Since the British Royalist’s Rothschild Jewish money system is the world's largest, it is a given that this would be the ultimate catharsis for both the attempts on Castro and the eventual successful hit on JFK. JFK wanted peace with the Communists and the end of wars.  The Bilderberg Royalists wanted America to fear Communism to be able to use America to expand their hold on the world.

The war with Castro was ultimately one involving the money system of the Rockefellers and Rothschilds and their alliances with Jewish Batista and Lansky. The ultimate "fixers" for this high rollers game was Oak Ridge and its national security interests.  Rockefeller set up the John Birch Society and the one in Dallas became the most militant to set up the killing of JFK.

JFK inherited a developing war in Vietnam that originated from Catholic interests trying to gain a hold on this Buddhist zone. The Vietnam War was one originating from religion factors and the anti-Communist push in Indo-China.

Even when we get into the problems of WWII, it was religion factors connected to the European Royalists and Jewish banking putting too harsh economic factors on Germany. Here the Jewish declared war on Hitler in 1933 because of their attempting to control German Government.

Keep in mind that the US was supposed to observe separation of church and state by its own Constitution and recall these words from James Madison, one of the Constitution signers. His words: "The purpose of separation of church and state is to keep forever from these shores the ceaseless strife that has soaked the soil of Europe in blood for centuries."

Many signers of the Constitution fully recognized the abuses of religion and God to gain power and wealth in Old World Europe. Today, we see the same sort of killing to gain power as went on with the Old World's rich Germans that became the Rothschild's economic empire.

When the US entered into the issues of Communism, these words of the Constitution were challenged. Matters were worsened whenever the religious state of Israel was recognized to deal with the Jewish population left in German concentration camps. Now, religion factors of Zionism dominate world issues and lead the way into the strife for WWIII. Now, a Zionist religious based state has nuclear weapons.

In parallel with these factors, places like Oak Ridge learned there were huge dividends from fear techniques. In Oak Ridge, there is much interference with exposing information that shows up the Govt. deceits and frauds. There would be resistance by varied factions to keep this account of Judyth Baker from being available to the public.

Items to note from the outline below is the paper she wrote on substances that enhance cancers. This is the information on how radiation, HF / fluorides, and certain toxic metals set off the cancer process via damage to the immune system enzymes. The main mechanism that allows cancer is damage to GSH enzymes and liver metals clearance that results in retention of toxic metals that set up high rates of mitochondria free radical generation. This ties up available cell manganese in Mn-SOD production and denies it to the interferon cytokine system and produces mutation of the 2-5A RNase L enzyme that controls cancer virus infections within cells. This mutated enzyme cannot cleave viral RNA, set up apoptosis, or call in the NK and macrophages that the normal enzyme provides and this failure is the root of all cancers.

The other item of importance is to note they did human testing on Cuban persons with similar genetic heritage as Castro and similar food mineral retention. Fluorides play a huge role in rodent cancer propagation. They tested the cancer on Cuban prison inmates transferred to a mental hospital.

To compensate for low exposed persons like Castro, these methods would need radiation, fluorides, or toxic metals. Or spike the injection itself with one of these substances that promote cancer.

Oak Ridge is not beyond having used these methods on unsuspecting persons. An Oak Ridge method spikes a person's food with a chemical that produces kidney stones, and when the person comes to the local hospital they are over-exposed to X-rays to track the kidney stone. This effect is similar to an alleged one used on Jack Ruby.

Oak Ridge CIA like methods for brain-washing use X-ray methods sans the exogenous cancer virus injections and allows the human endogenous viruses like EB, CMV, and others to set up long term health effects and cause problems like Chronic Fatigue and memory loss. Oak Ridge can cause people that cause them troubles to become disabled in the very long term by use fluorides to maintain this state.

OUTLINE OF THE CONSPIRACY

In 1963, the unsuccessful CIA-Mafia alliance to kill Castro --top-secret until exposed by the Church Committee in 1975 --was directly linked to the JFK assassination conspiracy. "Plan A" called for Castro to be killed through the use of a biological weapon that would make his death appear natural. If he could not be killed by October 25, 1963, the same group of conspirators would go to "Plan B": killing Kennedy. This is the first account of the JFK assassination that links it directly (in an either-or fashion) to the plot to kill Castro, and the first time Lee Harvey Oswald has ever been tied to the plot to kill Castro. What this means is that the JFK assassination plot was an offshoot of a larger secret alliance that is already established fact. Judyth is Recruited: To April 1963

 By the age of 15, Judyth achieved a reputation as a science whiz kid, having invented a new way to extract magnesium from seawater.

 Her real passion, though, was cancer research. Col. Philip Doyle set up a special lab for Judyth at her high school (Manatee High, in Florida), and introduced her to CIA asset, Dr. Canute Michaelson, who provided financial support for her initial work.

 Her appearance at an international science fair brought her to the attention of other medical figures with military or intelligence backgrounds, as well as top officials of the American Cancer Society: Dr. Harold Diehl and Dr. Alton Ochsner (of the famed Ochsner Cancer Clinic in New Orleans). Ochsner was Judyth's principal behind-the-scenes mentor through her late teen years.

 Judyth's lab was expanded and she received research materials from doctors at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Eli Lilly, Oak Ridge, et al.

Evidence: A letter dated 9-2-60 from Dr. David Jacobus at Walter Reed, making specific reference to chemicals supplied her and promising more.

 She was forced to take a loyalty oath., and, while still in high school, was required to learn conversational Russian at a local junior college from a Dr. Concevitch.

Evidence: A yellowed mailing envelope with the addressee, Concevitch.

 Her work came to the attention of Florida Senator George Smathers, a close friend of JFK's, who encouraged her to write to the President and volunteer to put her talents to work in the service of her country.

Evidence: A reply from the White House. (While not very dramatic, she soon received fresh supplies, as Sen. Smathers told her she would.)

 She spent the summer after high school graduation working under a National Science Foundation grant at Roswell Park in Buffalo, NY, the world's oldest cancer research center. Her studies centered on "substances which cause cancer to become most deadly." Source: The Bradenton Herald, 9-6-61.

 Of the 60-plus students working under a grant, she was the only member of the group chosen by Dr. George Moore, head of Roswell Park, to work directly with him --and she was the only one forced to stay at the local YWCA. She was, in essence, "kidnapped" from an off-site apartment she tried to rent and returned to the Y.

Evidence: Copious newspaper clippings on her achievements. Corroborating testimony: Judyth recently located a man who also exhibited at the science fair. He, too, was approached by the CIA, but his left-wing views made him a poor candidate for recruitment. Dr. Alton Ochsner Along with Judyth herself, Ochsner is the primary new figure to emerge in this account of Oswald's stay in New Orleans.

Notes

 Ocshner was friends with Clay Shaw, who was unsuccessfully prosecuted by New Orleans D. A. Jim Garrison for conspiring to assassinate JFK. Ochsner was director of International House at the same time Clay Shaw was a managing director. At different times, he and Shaw headed this organization AND the International Trade Mart. The two merged some years later.

 Ochsner's biographers quotes him as fearing that he would be indicted by Garrison (John Wilds and Ira Harkey, Surgeon of the South)

 Ochsner was also friends with "Wild Bill" Donovan, head of the OSS, the prescursor to the CIA. Both were elected officials of the American Cancer Society in 1949.

 Ochsner founded the virulently anti-Communist Information Council of the Americas (INCA), which later figured heavily into the activities of both Judyth and Lee.

 Author Thomas Karnes (Tropical Enterprise) describes Ochsner as a consultant to the US Air Force "on the medical side of subversive matters."

Lee is Groomed: To April 1963

 Lee Oswald, a CIA operative, was groomed to look like a disaffected American for eventual use in Cuba. This was the primary reason for his fake defection to Russia.

 Lee told Judyth that he gave the Soviets information that he believed allowed them to shoot-down the secret U-2 spy plane (he had been stationed at the U-2 base in Atsugi, Japan). Lee said that the military wanted to derail an upcoming summit in which it was feared that President Eisenhower, declining mentally, might be bested by Krushchev. Note: Downed U-2 Pilot Gary Powers has stated his belief that Oswald had the information needed to bring him down.

 Upon his return from Russia, the CIA arranged for Lee to take a job at a Dallas graphic arts firm, Jaggers-Chiles-Stovall, that was involved in highly classified work for the government, including the creation of detailed maps of Cuba. His CIA assignment involved identifying the location of safe houses. Lee was not yet part of the CIA-Mafia plot in a concrete way, but would be linked to it in the spring of 1963.

Judyth and Lee

 When Lee was ordered to move to New Orleans in April 1963, he met Judyth by accident (or maybe not) at the new post office. They hit it off immediately, despite the fact that he was married and she was to be married in a matter of days.

 Lee arranged for both of them to be hired on the same day by the Reily Coffee Company, and he got them apartments within walking distance of each other. Evidence: Judyth's W-2 form and pay stubs verify her contemporaneous employment with Oswald.

Evidence: Want ads for both positions in the New Orleans Times-Picayune (to create a "cover" of normalcy). Note: Both William Reily and Judyth's boss, William Monaghan, were active members of INCA. Monaghan, though nominally the company's credit manager, was actually ex-FBI and an expert in industrial security.

 At Reily's, Lee interviewed Cuban women, refugees, that were cycled thru the factory. Winning their trust, he would extract from them the names of safe contacts they had left behind in Cuba.

 Both Reily and Monaghan were aware of Lee's mission and Judyth's role as his "aide." But Lee's immediate supervisors were not..

 Judyth covered for Lee's activity, and for his daily absences from work, making sure to punch him out at 4: 30PM or 5: 30PM when he was no longer there, which was almost always.

Evidence: The Warren Report shows precise time-outs on the half-hour, an impossibility since there was a line to wait on and such precise time-outs could not occur accidentally. It didn't occur to Judyth to vary the time-out stamp. Evidence: She also wrote an obviously phony background report on Lee for Reily's files. This report is also a Warren exhibit, although Judyth insists it has not been published in its entirety. One missing piece refers to a bank account; the WC reported no evidence that Lee had such an account.

 Often Lee would go through The Crescent City Garage, next door to Reily's, to get to the offices of ex-FBI man, now-CIA operative, Guy Banister, who was deeply involved in anti-Castro causes. This necessitated his befriending garage owner Adrian Alba.

Note: Previous accounts have maintained that Lee whiled away time at the garage reading gun magazines. Note: The garage was regularly used by FBI and CIA cars. Alba has testified that he saw the driver of one such car pass a white envelope to Lee.

 Lee was fired after he stole a green glass Judyth was admiring but could not afford. These glasses were packed together with tea made by the company. According to the Warren Commission, he had been reprimanded by supervisors who often could not find him (as well he should have been, because he was often not there). The glass incident was the proximate cause of his dismissal, but his work at Reily's was done anyway.

Corroborating testimony: She told her children in 1980 of this episode. Judyth still treasures the glass.

 Judyth was fired on August 9th, the day she was seen with Lee as he was handing out pro-Castro leaflets.

Evidence: Her last pay stub was cut that very day.

Evidence: There is a (poor) picture of her in the Warren Report standing next to Lee while he was leafleting. There is a resemblance between the girl in the photo and contemporaneous photos of Judyth. The dress pattern in the picture matches close-up photos of a dress Judyth wore in other photos in her possession.

The Noble Conspiracy

This is a totally new account of what was going on in David Ferrie's home-based lab.

 Lee arranged for Judyth to meet David Ferrie, who she would soon learn was an associate of New Orleans Mafia boss Carlos Marcello, a CIA-operative who flew missions into Castro's Cuba, and an "amateur cancer researcher."

Note: Ferrie had lost his job as an Eastern Airlines pilot because of his homosexuality. The 15-year-old Lee had spurned Ferrie's homosexual advances when Ferrie captained Lee's Civil Air Patrol Unit (CAP). Corroborating evidence: After decades of denials that Oswald and Ferrie were acquainted, a photo emerged showing the two at a CAP picnic. Judyth says there was an additional photo of the group, including Lee, hanging on the wall in Ferrie's apartment.

 In early May, Judyth was told Ochsner had set up both Ferrie's home-based cancer lab, as well as a smaller lab in the apartment of Dr. Mary Sherman, a luminary at Ochsner's Clinic. The labs were devoted to "the medical side of subversive matters," i. e., a form of biological warfare. Corroborating evidence: The existence of the "cancer labs" is documented in an obscure book by Ed Haslam, Mary, Ferrie and the Monkey Virus.

 Judyth put her extensive training in ways of speeding tumor growth in the service of her government. Her job, which she accepted as a patriotic duty, was to culture the strongest possible strains of lung cancer for eventual transport to medical contacts in Cuba who could arrange for their injection into Castro through a seemingly "innocuous innoculation."

 This lung cancer material would appear to kill Castro "naturally," as a heavy cigar smoker might be expected to develop lung cancer. This "assassination by natural causes" would avert a possible confrontation with Russia that could ignite World War III. Judyth really believed this was a duty, considering the horrifying alternative.

 The serum in which the cancer cells were placed included a virus that knocks out the immune system, thus enhancing the strength of the already powerful cancer cells. This material - scraped from the kidney's of sick monkeys - was, in fact, the AIDS virus.

Note: This material, used in the polio vaccine and other application, is now the subject of an important new book on the origin of AIDS, Edward Hooper's The River. Judyth knew of its deadly potential and wrote letters to have its use stopped at the same time as she was working with it.

Associations

Judyth personally met other plotters, including Banister, Shaw, and Marcello, though, as a girl of 19 or 20, she was often treated as if she were wallpaper. Wallpaper with ears, a 160 IQ, and the ability to do cutting edge cancer research.

Banister

 Banister used Lee to collect the names of Communist sympathizers at areas colleges. Corroborating testimony: Prof. Michael Kurtz, an historian specializing in Louisiana history, personally witnessed Lee, in Banister's company, making anti-integrationist remarks at Tulane. Banister was a racist. Lee, Judyth says, was staunchly pro-civil rights.

 Lee sometimes used a work area on the second floor of the 544 Camp building that housed Banister's offices.

Note: Critics of DA Jim Garrison insist there was no stairway between the two offices. According to Judyth, while there was no public stairway, there were stairs leading down from the second floor to a door inside Banister's private office.

Corroborating Testimony: Anna Vincent, a new witness and ex-wife of Banister "detective" David Lewis, confirms the existence of the stairway (on audiotape).

 Judyth saw Lee sign out guns from Banister's weapons storeroom on the third floor of 544 Camp Street in New Orleans. Lee also kept his own guns there and, contrary to the belief of most conspiracy theorists, she maintains that he was an excellent shot. She never saw or heard of a Mannlicher-Carcano, the gun Oswald supposedly used to kill Kennedy.

Ruby, Marcello

 While Judyth was in Lee's company, she met Jack Ruby twice, in May and June of 1963, once at Ferrie's apartment and once at The 500 Club, a Marcello hang-out. Ruby worked with Banister and Marcello in running guns to Cuban exiles.

Corroborating testimony: Anna Vincent: "Ruby knew all of 'em," including Oswald. She also claims that David Lewis knew Lee before Judyth ever met him, she believes in 1962. It has long been suspected that Ruby and Banister ran guns to the exiles.

Corroborating testimony: Prof. Kurtz and others claim that Ruby was in New Orleans on several occasions in 1963.

Corroborating testimony: Gerry Patrick Hemming, head of Interpen, a mercenary group linked by some to the assassination, says he saw Oswald at the New Orleans airport in "mid-1962." (Actually, Hemming claims other members of his group were involved, but that he turned down two contracts from Texas money, believing he was going to be made the patsy. Hemming is still very much alive and talking.)

 Judyth knew Ruby as "Sparky" Rubenstein. When Lee was killed, she did not know that Jack Ruby and Sparky Rubenstein were the same man! The shock of seeing Lee killed on TV caused her to avoid all further coverage of the assassination,

 Lee told Judyth that he first met Sparky when he was just 15, and that he spurned Ruby's attempts to recruit him into Mob business. Even so, he ran errands for his uncle, Dutz Murrett, who ran a bookmaking operation for Marcello. Judyth accompanied Lee on one such errand.

 Lee told Judyth that he was trusted by Mob figures, up to and including Marcello, for his ability to keep his mouth shut. Marcello told Ruby to look after the boy when the family moved to Texas.

Corroborating evidence: Oswald's ties to the Mafia came not just via his uncle, but from his mother, who dated a number Marcello employees, including Sam Termine. Oswald and his mother lived in a Mafia neighborhood on Exchange Alley.

Lee As Spy

 Lee and Ferrie taught combat techniques to Cuban exiles at the CIA-established training camp at Lake Pontchartrain (other camps were in Florida), and portions of these training sessions were filmed. Judyth saw this film in Ferrie's apartment.

Corroborating testimony: Robert Tanenbaum, Deputy Counsel of the House Select Committee on Assassinations, saw such a film before he quit the investigation in disgust. His attempts to relocate it have proved fruitless. Like so much other evidence (including the President's brain and numerous autopsy photos!), it is missing. Tanenbaum is today a very successful mystery writer, as well as the former mayor of Beverly Hills.

 Judyth saw Lee use an expensive Minox camera, typically used in espionage work. Corroborating evidence: The FBI tried to get the Dallas police to change its evidence inventory from "small German camera" to "light meter" --efforts fully documented by the officers they pressured. An FBI document refers to Minox film retrieved from Oswald's possessions after the assassination.

Where is the film today? Where is the camera or light meter? In fact, a Minox camera sits in the National Archives today (owner unknown). It is glued shut so its serial number cannot be seen. In any case, how could Oswald, supposedly a virtual pauper, afford a $200 spy camera?

Note: According to Judyth, Lee's Minox was so sensitive that he never needed to use a light meter in her presence. She never saw him with one.

 To establish his pro-Castro bona fides, Lee handed out leaflets bearing the name of the "Fair Play for Cuba Committee" three times in August. He got the idea for leafleting from an episode of "I Led Three Lives," an early 1950s TV show about Herbert Philbrick, an FBI man pretending to be a Communist.

Evidence: Lee's brother, Robert, confirms his fascination with that show. (It would be nice to track down that episode.) Note: Lee later met the real Herbert Philbrick, who was a consultant to Ochsner's group, INCA. He found his boyhood hero unimpressive in the flesh.

 Lee staged his own arrest at an August 16th leafleting,. His "fight" with Cuban exile leader Carlos Bringuier was based on an incident he had read about in a local newspaper months earlier. The story concerned a narcotics agent who provoked a street fight to enhance his cover as a bad guy.

Evidence: Judyth has the May 4, 1963 article. Corroborating testimony: Ex-CIA agent William Gaudet said he saw Oswald inside the International Trade Center several times. Judyth says Lee stored some of his propaganda materials there. Gaudet has said the street scuffle was "a sort of PR operation" and declared his belief that Kennedy was the victim of an anti-Communist conspiracy. Gaudet was a friend of Ocshner's.

 At a meeting arranged by Ochsner's group, INCA, held to prepare for a radio interview of Lee, someone accidentally uttered the name "David Atlee Phillips." Lee came to believe his CIA handler, "Mr. B.," was actually Phillips. Judyth waited in the car as the meeting took place at Reily's.

Lead: Phillips, propaganda specialist in Cuban affairs, denied ever knowing Oswald. There are reports of a death-bed confession in which admitted, at the very least, that he did meet Oswald. Judyth's source, a national book award winner, claimed this information came from Phillips's nephew, a Shawn Phillips, but now refuses to help us locate this man.

 Lee then participated in a radio debate with Bringuier, also organized by Ochsner's group, INCA.

 Shaw and Ferrie knew each other well. Judyth accompanied Lee to an airfield where Ferrie took the other two men on a flight to Canada.

Corroborating testimony: An ex-secretary of Ochsner's, Aura Lee, worked at Shaw's Trade Mart and claimed that Ferrie, a distinctive-looking gentleman, was a frequent visitor to Shaw.

Corroborating testimony: Others have reported on Ferrie-Shaw flights to Canada before Judyth came along.

Judyth's Lee

Judyth portrays Oswald as a much more intelligent and charming man than we have seen in previous accounts.

 Although Lee confessed to her within days of their meeting that he beat Marina, Judyth says he never raised a hand to her. In fact, she describes no fights of any kind. Lee told her that Marina mercilessly denigrated him. Lee admitted to a mother-wife problem, which they often discussed, and she believes the abuse stopped (it would be interesting if Marina would confirm this).

Corroborating testimony: In his unpublished manuscript - I'm A Patsy, I'm A Patsy - the urbane George Demohrenschildt, described by some as Lee's CIA "babysitter" in Texas, described Marina's treatment of Lee.

 Although primarily self-taught, the range of Lee's knowledge impressed Judyth, as did his ability to teach himself Russian despite being dyslexic.

Corroborating evidence: Oswald's library records show that he was an avid reader. They also show Judyth's influence (anthropology and sci-fi), as well as books he took out for her to read (e. g., a primer on Cummunism). Judyth says he took out more books than are shown in the Warren Report, some using her or Ferrie's library cards.

Evidence: Refer to the text of a speech Lee gave to a Jesuit-sponsored conference in Mobile... a transcript of his radio debate... a short sci-fi story - "Her Story" - he wrote with Judyth.

Corroborating testimony: Demohrenschildt heaped praise on Lee's intelligence in his book (a different account of the man than the one he gave to the Warren Commission).

Note: "The Baron" committed suicide just prior to meeting with House investigator Gaeton Fonzi (The Last Investigation)

 While in the company of Oswald, Judyth sometimes posed as Marina, which was possible because of their physical resemblance and her ability to speak Russian. Judyth's husband was out of town most of their married life in New Orleans.

Evidence: Judyth has photos of herself at the time, some of which show a striking resemblance to Marina.

 Although they fell in love almost immediately, Lee and Judyth resisted becoming lovers until the summer.

 In testimony, Marina said Lee was always home at night, but she never said by what time.

Corroborating testimony: Anna Vincent asserts that she, her husband, Judyth and Lee were a foursome, meeting after work on a regular basis early that summer, usually at Thompson's Restaurant, where Anna worked. Lee and Judyth would keep company with them until 8: 00-8: 30 PM. Anna describes a call from Marina at Thompson's. Marina wanted to know if Lee was there with another woman.

Clinton/ Jackson: Mystery Solved

This is a totally new account of the trip to Clnton

 Judyth's work took longer than expected, and was, to her horror, tested on at least one human guinea pig --the real reason for the mysterious trip to Clinton, probably on August 23, by Shaw, Ferrie, and Oswald.

Note: The House Select Committee on Assassinations found the Clinton witnesses - including John Birchers and CORE activists - credible, but no one has been able to come up with a coherent explanation for the trip. All have been sidetracked by the fact that Oswald tried to register to vote while in Clinton though he didn't live there.

 Lee mentioned picking up a man in white hospital garb who guided them to the mental hospital in Jackson, the next town over from Clinton, and to the experimental area there.

Note: Witnesses reported seeing a fourth man - a "man in white" --emerge from the car with Lee in Clinton.

 The true reason for the long stop in Clinton was an unexpected delay: the prisoner( s) had not yet arrived at the hospital. Oswald got on line after betting Shaw that he could get registered just because he was white.

 Lee and Judyth were heartsick over the plan to treat a prisoner/ mental patient, but were powerless to stop it. Several days after the first trip, Lee took Judyth to the hospital to see the test subject. Shaw OK'd it, as he wanted her professional assessment of the patient's condition.

 Judyth checked on the bloodwork to see if the serum "took." If the bloodwork was not conclusive, an immediate blood sample could have been drawn and checked while she was still there. As it turned out, radical changes began quickly. The man she saw (there may have been more than one) was Cuban, white, about Castro's age and physique.

 They made one stop going to jackson and another on the way home. Judyth stayed in the car both times.

Corroborating evidence: Despite "slouching,," she was seen by at least two witnesses:

[1] Edwin Lea McGehee:

An "old... battered" car drove up to his barbershop and Lee Harvey Oswald came inside for a haircut. "There was a woman sitting on the front seat [of the car]... and in the back seat what I noticed was --looked like a [baby] bassinet..." (Judyth says this was a car used by the Lewis's and that the bassinet was for the pregnant Anna).

[1] Mary Morgan, daughter of Reeves Morgan, State Representative (and a guard at the Jackson hospital!): When Oswald was in the house talking with her dad, she went onto the porch and "just casually noticed there was a dark colored car parked under a tree in the front of the house." She remembered "seeing a woman in the car." Note: The fact that there were two trips within days of each other explains why some accounts say this was a three-day trip. It is unlikely that any of these men, and certainly not Shaw, would make a three-day trip together.

 The test was a success, as the subject died within weeks.

 Lee and Judyth began to realize that they were trapped. They could not back out of the plot for fear they would be killed.

The Road to the Assassination

 Lee and Judyth actually liked the Kennedys; they never thought they would be racing a deadline to keep him alive. In private, Ferrie told them that he opposed the assassination; he was only putting on an act for Shaw, who represented Texas money in New Orleans.

Note: Excluding comments in Banister's company, every mention in the historical record of Oswald talking about Kennedy is a positive one. (We have a compilation of his statements.)

 Based on a message from H. L. Hunt conveyed to a Shaw associate, those involved with the labs had reason to fear for their lives once they had outlived their usefulness.

 Ferrie arranged for Judyth to take a job, beginning in September, at Peninsular Chem in Florida, which made highly toxic chemicals. There she continued to contribute to the project by making "custom" chemicals for Ferrie.

Evidence: Judyth has a read-out from a chemical analysis done at PenChem.

 The three understood, as early as the third week of August, that Lee's grooming in Russia and his activities in New Orleans made him the perfect patsy.

 Fearing he was a dead man if he tried to break with the conspirators at this point, he would join them, walking with eyes wide open into the patsy role. He hoped to get close to the inner circle of the conspiracy in Dallas and, claims Judyth, stop the plot from the inside. To get further inside, he would play up his connections to Marcello and revealed his marksmanship.

 At the end of August, Shaw paid for the last of several hotel trysts for Judyth and Lee. According to Judyth, Shaw felt sorry for them.

 Judyth then left for Florida. The supposedly impoverished Lee gave her $400 for "emergencies" - equal to about $2,800 in today's dollars. Judyth told her family that the money fell out of an ironing board she bought at a yard sale.

Mexico City: Mystery Solved

This is a totally new account of the mysterious trip to Mexico City.

 In August, Judyth trained Lee to handle the deadly materials. Judyth left for Florida at the end of the month.

 Lee couriered the materials to Mexico City at the end of September, expecting to meet a contact who would bring them into Cuba. He was ordered to make the trip by Mr. B.

New information: Mr. B may not have been Phillips. Another CIA figure, Frank Bender, one alias of Gerry Droller, was known inside the agency as Mr. B. He was posted to Mexico City at the same time as Phillips. The record says that Droller worked for the OSS during the war, but there are indications he actually worked on biological weapons for the Nazis.

 Lee was left holding the bag --i. e., no one was there to meet him in Mexico City to take the materials off his hands. So he desperately tried to get into Cuba himself, where his knowledge of the language, the terrain, safe houses, and contacts might still be used. Indeed, initially, he expected to make the entire trip himself.

 He was frantic because the materials had a limited life span outside a lab - hence, the official reports of his erratic behavior. He was also frantic because he knew what failure meant. In fact, the conspirators had already turned to Plan B without telling him.

 They were later told that Hurricane Flora had created so much destruction that information about safe houses, and about Castro's routine, was no longer to be trusted, so Plan A was called off.

Endgame

 With Lee in Texas and Judyth in Florida, Ferrie arranged for about 14 back-channel phone calls through a cooperative (and well-paid-off) operator in Covington.

Corroborating evidence: Only one call placed to Oswald at the Book Depository is on record. This call came from "a lady with no accent" The Warren Commission tried to track the origin of the call, but couldn't get past Covington. According to Judyth, the record would not even show this call except for the fact that the operator putting this call through was not their usual operator.

Note: Interpen had a presence in Covington.

 Lee told Judyth that he made several unsuccessful attempts to stop the assassination, including calling death threats to the FBI.

Corroborating evidence: A number of anonymous threats and warnings were called into FBI offices prior to the assassination.

 In their last conversation, on November 20 th , they discussed the option of fleeing before the assassination. Judyth recalls Lee's words precisely: "if I stay, that will be one less bullet aimed at Kennedy."

 Lee told Judyth of his last-ditch plan: to fire a premature shot, a warning shot, at the motorcade, hoping to alert JFK's Secret Service protectors.

Corroborating Testimony: At least 5 Warren Commission witnesses reported a bullet hitting the pavement behind the President's limo. This would have been his closest and presumably easiest shot.

Note: The "street shot" bullet was presumably never found, unless that is what is being picked up by the "mystery FBI man" photographed with Dallas Deputy Sheriff Buddy Walthers and Officer J. W. Foster. The photo has long been the subject of speculation.

New Testimony: Anna Vincent says it was open knowledge in the local Mafia that Lee fired a premature shot.

 If he did fire a warning shot, it went unheeded by the sleepy Secret Service agents.

 Lee and Judyth had made plans for an escape and rendezvous in Mexico. Judyth tells of Ferrie sobbing uncontrollably during phone calls with him because it had all gone so wrong. His 400-mile car trip to Houston the day of the assassination was made in vain (he told Garrison, variously, that he and two friends went roller-skating or goose-hunting.)

Deaths After Dallas

 Guy Banister died of an apparent hear attack at his home in early 1964.

New Testimony: According to Anna Vincent, her husband, David Lewis, and fellow Banister employee, Jack Martin, went to the office immediately upon hearing the news, only to find the files carted off and yellow ribbon surrounding the office declaring it to be a crime scene. Lewis played a minor role in the Cuban operation and, according to Anna, was told to "keep his mouth shut."

Note: Author Ed Haslam (see above) believes he saw remains of Banister's missing files at INCA's offices.

 David Ferrie died of an apparent brain anyeurism (not cancer as he told those curious about his lab) in early 1964.

Note: An empty bottle of Proloid - which could kill a man suffering from hypertension --and two typed "suicide notes" keep his death controversial.

 Mary Sherman was brutally murdered in her bed just weeks later, with reports of cancers cells stolen.

Corroborating testimony: Judyth has a letter from a former resident of New Orleans in which he recollects radio reports of stolen cancer cells.

 Jack Ruby died of "a galloping cancer" in 1967. When he visited Ferrie's apartment in the summer of 1963, Judyth showed him the lab and told him about the cancer cell injections --including where on the body the injections should be administered.

Note: In jail, Ruby insisted he was injected with cancer cells, but no one took him seriously. His mind was shot and they just assumed it was incoherent babbling.

 Clay Shaw died suddenly of cancer in 1972. Note: He was being treated for an undisclosed illness at Ochsner's Hospital just prior to his death.

Note: Of the 8 persons Judyth knew who were connected to the New Orelans cancer project, 5 were dead by 1967. After 1972, only she and Ochsner remained -- and she was in hiding.

The Participants

Who was involved? Mafia, CIA "rogues," Cuban exiles, financed by Texas oil - or a smaller group culled from these. When the CIA-Mafia alliance was established in 1959, an infrastructure was created that could be used by a subset of this group to put into motion the events of 1963.

Their Motives

The Mafia

JFK's failure to regain Cuba meant the permanent loss of billions of dollars from their casinos. Also providing motive was Bobby Kennedy's unprecedented assault on organized crime, including particularly aggressive treatment of New Orleans crime boss Carlos Marcello. The mob saw this treatment as no way to return a favor, i. e., their help in rigging the 1960 election results in Illinois and Texas. The CIA After the Bay of Pigs fiasco, JFK threatened to "split the CIA into a thousand pieces." He fired CIA Director Allen Dulles (who would later sit on the Warren Commission!) and General George Cabell (whose brother Earl was Mayor of Dallas in 1963). JFK was seen as soft on Communism, weakening his resolve in Vietnam, and the olive branch extended to Castro was the last straw. Cuban Exiles JFK was viewed by this group as a traitor to their cause. Kennedy's betrayal started with the Bay of Pigs and included the deal with the Soviets that ended the Cuban Missile Crisis (which produced a non-invasion pledge), RFK's dismantling in 1963 of training camps the CIA set up for exiles and his suppression of exile raids on Cuba, and, finally, JFK's attempt late in 1963 at a rapprochement with Castro. This group - led by H. L. Hunt --detested JFK's Cuba policy, as well as his integrationist stance, but mostly they were threatened by his vow to repeal a major tax windfall, the oil depletion allowance. They wanted a man in the White House they could control, i. e., LBJ, and they needed to get him there fast, as the Bobby Baker and Billy Sol Estes scandals threatened his continuation as Vice President.

If this cabal couldn't get to Castro, paving the way for a rebellion, or at least more compliant leadership, they had decided to go after Kennedy. With the blame pinned on Oswald, who was groomed to look like a Communist, and would soon be groomed to look pro-Castro, they hoped to spark a second invasion of Cuba.

Ironically, CIA stonewalling of the Warren Commission was almost certainly conducted to prevent its relationship with the Mafia from being exposed, as well as its surveillance operation in Mexico City. Thus, the assassination cover-up was thus joined by high officials in the CIA, who may not themselves have participated in the assassination.

On Proof and Evidence

While there is no "smoking gun" proof --no government document, for example --for this particular plot, no such proof should be expected for a project kept so secret. However, the account provided by Judyth Avary Baker is much more detailed than any previous account by a late-emerging witness, and it explains a lot heretofore subject to speculation. Note: Judyth's knowledge of events in New Orleans is often first-hand. What she knows or believes about events in Dallas comes from conversations with Oswald or David Ferrie.
